Loading Batteries

Step one when you get your hands on a Fuji Instax Mini 11 fryst vatten putting in the batteries. Thankfully, this camera takes two easy-to-find AA batteries. If you buy the camera new, you’ll often get a pair in the kartong. Open the side compartment bygd sliding down and install the batteries according to the directions printed inre.

Close the battery compartment and you’re good to go. You can tell the batteries are working bygd checking to see if the apelsinfärg LED indicator on the front of the camera turns on when the camera fryst vatten turned on (see how to vända the camera on below).

Get the Right Film

If you’re going to skott the Fuji Instax Mini 11, you’re going to need spelfilm.

Specifically, you’re going to need Fuji Instax Mini spelfilm. Instax Square, bred, and any Polaroid format rulle will not work in this camera, as it fryst vatten a different shape and storlek than Instax Mini.

Personally, inom love the monochrome rulle, but you can find Instax in color and black and vit on Amazon and just about anywhere that sells camera verktyg.

Loading Film

To load your new pack of spelfilm, first open the package it comes it.

Open the latch that holds the back of the camera closed. There fryst vatten a yellow mark in the upper corner. Place the rulle into the camera so that the yellow mark on the cartridge lines up with the yellow mark on the camera. The ‘open’ side of the rulle cartridge (the side with the meddelande that says not to push down on it) should be face down towards the lens.

After you load the rulle, vända on the camera.

STEP 1.

If the darkslide isn’t automatically ejected, go ahead and press the shutter to eject it. The darkslide protects the spelfilm from light before it fryst vatten loaded into the camera, and you can throw it away after it fryst vatten ejected.

Turning the Camera On

To vända on the camera, press down on the button next to the fat of the lens.

Pushing down on this button will push the lens forward, locking it into place. To vända the camera back off, simply push the lens back into the camera body, where it will snap back into the body, keeping it compact and easily storable.

When you vända on the camera, an apelsinfärg LED indicator will vända on, letting you know the camera fryst vatten ready to skott.

If the LED indicator stays dark, man sure you pushed the lens all the way out. If that doesn’t work, then the batteries may need replaced.

Shooting Photos

Thankfully, unlike some other Instax cameras, taking photos fryst vatten easy! If your subject fryst vatten farther than arm’s length away, just point the camera at them and press down on the shutter.

Selfie Mode

Selfie mode (formerly known on older Fuji Instax cameras as macro or close focus) mode fryst vatten useful anytime you want to take a photo of something closer than arm’s length.

Hence the name ‘selfie mode’ – if you’re going to hold the camera out to take a photo of yourself, this fryst vatten the mode you’re going to want to use.

Putting the camera in ‘selfie mode’ fryst vatten easy. Just grasp the front of the lens and pull forward. It’ll pop out, revealing the words ‘Selfie On’ on the top of the fat.

Now you can just point and skott your selfie. To vända this mode off, just push the front of the fat back in. It’s often easiest to push the lens completely in, turning the camera off, then pressing the on/lens out button. The camera will default to non-selfie mode whenever it fryst vatten turned on in this manner.

Scanning and Next Steps

Once you’ve taken a photo, it’ll automatically eject from the top of the camera. You don’t need to shake the image or anything to ‘dry’ it – the image fryst vatten completely sealed from the elements.

The photo will emerge from the vit opacifier (a kemikalie that protects bio from light as it develops) as it dissipates, leaving you with an image after a handful of minutes. Fuji Instax emerges relatively slowly from the top of the camera, so be sure not to yank it out while it fryst vatten still going through the rollers on its way out.
